as laid out in The Universal Declaration for the Welfare of Animals:

MISSION STATEMENT

We help to rehabilitate abandoned and abused domestic animals and aid in re-homing these to people who will love and protect them unconditionally.

We identify foster homes for those who need to wait a little longer for suitable, permanent homes.

We aid in the process of reuniting owners and pets via our lost and found e-mail listing network.

We actively promote the critical necessity for sterilisation and raise funds for this procedure to be performed on the animals belonging to the underprivileged sector and the disadvantaged communities, and give aid by means of food and veterinary care to those in impoverished households.

We strive to educate the youth and the general public regarding the importance of sterilisation and responsible pet ownership.

We pledge to work in collaboration with other organisations that deal primarily with the welfare of animals and to bridge the gap that currently exists between them.

We promise to use our every endeavour to make the world a better place for all animals.

We dispense recommendations for boarding kennels, training schools and behavioural problems.

We encourage, guide and support people who are translocating and who wish to take their pets with them and we undertake to rehome the pets of those owners, sadly, who don't or cannot afford to do so.
